OKLAHOMA CITY -- An Oklahoma City pharmacist charged with first-degree murder for shooting a teenaged robber six times has posted bond and been released from jail.

An Oklahoma County District Judge set the bond Thursday for pharmacist Jerome Ersland at $100,000.

Ersland's attorney, Irven Box, says Bass-LeSure also ordered Ersland to surrender his gun.

Erslund is charged in the May 19th death of 16-year-old Antwun Parker, a death that was recorded by the pharmacy's video surveillance system.

Also on Thursday, Oklahoma County Sheriff's deputies arrested a 14-year-old male they say was Parker's accomplice, and the one they say was brandishing the gun in the surveillance video.

Deputies arrested the teen at about 1 p.m. Thursday after he was seen standing outside an Oklahoma City apartment complex.

The teen is being held in the juvenile detention center on a complaint of attempted armed robbery.

Watch the video for yourself and listen to the DA's explanation.

Prosecutors say the surveillance video shows Ersland shooting Parker then chasing the second robbery suspect outside.  According to prosecuturs, he then walks past Parker to get a second gun, returns to Parker and opens fire.

Oklahoma County District Attorney David Prater said Ersland was justified in shooting Antwun Parker once in the head.

But Prater says Ersland went too far when he shot Parker five more times in the abdomen while Parker lay unconscious on the floor.

Had Ersland's first shot been fatal, he would not face charges under Oklahoma's Stand Your Ground Law, Prater said.

The Associated Press contributed to this story.
