WAYNOKA, OK -- A Woods County man will be in court Wednesday to face murder charges.

Jason Nelson, 32, is facing a second-degree murder charge for allegedly throwing acid on 18-year-old Nathan Lyon last December, killing the teenager.

Nelson allegedly threw a jar of acid on Lyon, who was later taken to a hospital in Wichita, Kansas. The two reportedly had a fight over a girl.

Nelson could be facing life in prison.
