BIXBY, Oklahoma -- Another Green Country school reverses its position on House Bill 3393.
Bixby voted in October to ignore that law, which requires public districts to pay private school tuition for special needs students, but Friday voted to change its stance.
The change of heart comes after a state lawmaker promised to have the state department of education handle the paperwork and pay the tuition cost directly.
