The weather looks good this morning across most of the state. We’re seeing a few showers located across far western OK but these will remain west of eastern OK for most of the day. Our rain chances will be increasing later tonight into Wednesday as a system nears the central and eastern OK vicinity. We're tracking a cold front located to the south of the Tulsa region this morning providing a few scattered showers and storms along the Red River Valley. I anticipate most if not all of this precip to remain well south or west of the metro and northeastern OK for the day. Good Morning. After a minor break from the heat yesterday, we’re expecting temperatures to climb today and Saturday. Afternoon highs will be near the mid or upper 90stoday and probably from 100 to 102 Saturday. Temperature heat index values will be nearing 105 to 107 both days from Tulsa to the west.
