TULSA, OK -- A teenager is dead after being shot Friday night in his home. Officers responded to another shooting in the same area Saturday morning.

It all started Friday night in the 300 block of West 46th Place North.

Officers say 17-year-old Johnathan Starks was shot in the torso while standing in the doorway of his home.

Starks was transported and pronounced dead at a Tulsa hospital.

Witnesses told police, 19-year-old Quandrae Harding was the shooter.

Officers are calling Roderick Stephenson, 19, a person of interest in the homicide.

Police say Harding and Stephenson were seen leaving the scene in a 4-door, baby blue Chevrolet Blazer.

At about 9:00 Saturday morning, police were called to another shooting in the 300 block of West 46th Place North.

Captain Karen Tipler of the Tulsa Police Department says the father of the shooting victim from Friday night, shot at four people as they were getting out of their car.

Police say Starks' father was armed with a handgun and started firing. He went inside his home and then came out with a shotgun, police say. The man fired several shots.

One woman was hit in the back with pellets from the shotgun blast. Another person was hit in the arm.

The victims were taken to a Tulsa hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

"There seems to be some retaliation between the two houses, but we cannot say at this time that the house today was involved in the shooting last night," said Captain Karen Tipler, TPD.

Officers are investigating the shootings and say they do know the neighbors were good friends at one time.

"We're just trying to figure out what has caused the rift between the two neighbors. Friends at one time, their children used to play together, but for some reason, things have just gone bad between the two neighbors," said Captain Karen Tipler, TPD.

In addition to 19-year-olds Quandrae Harding and Roderick Stephenson, police are looking for Johnathan Starks' father. He was seen leaving the scene in a red Ford Expedition.
