COLCORD, OK -- A boil order is in effect for an Oklahoma community.
The water plant in Colcord was struck by lightning on Thursday afternoon. As a result, Water Superintendent Ken Wright says the city's water plant will be shut down for 24 hours.
Residents are under an immediate boil order.
