OKLAHOMA CITY -- Police have issued an arrest warrant for Angel Hernandez, 19, for first-degree murder in the shooting death of an Oklahoma City University student.

Hernandez is wanted in connection with the September 22 shooting of Bradley Wahnee, a sophomore at OCU, and another man who was critically injured.

Police said he believed to be driving an old orange OG&E utility truck and should be considered armed and dangerous.

Anyone who knows the whereabouts of Hernandez should call 911 immediately.
