OKLAHOMA CITY -- An Oklahoma mom and her friend face 53 counts of child abuse for torturing a little boy.
Prosecutors say LaRhonda McCall tortured her son for years, locking him away in a bedroom closet. McCall and Steve Hamilton are accused of dousing the boy in alcohol and setting him on fire.

Both are also charged with repeatedly beating the boy with bike chains, extension cords, wooden boards, and their fists.
McCall's other children are in state protective custody.
