SALINA, OK ---The Salina Belle Bed and Breakfast is a quaint little inn in downtown Salina, but owner Cyndi Johnston admits that it isn't well known.

"It's absolutely beautiful but nobody knows it's here, so we opted for a haunted house," said Johnston.

Johnston enlisted friends and family to decorate the bed and breakfast and then play the parts of the ghouls and monsters roaming the various rooms, scaring the people who pay $5 for a frighteningly good time.

"We have the grieving widow in here, Freddy Kruger, the executioner," Johnston said. "I've heard people say that have lived here for thirty years and this is the most fun they've had."

The haunted house will be open this weekend on Friday and Saturday night, from 7 p.m. until the last person is scared witless.

The Salina Belle is located at 304 West Ferry Street in Salina, OK. For more information call (918) 434-4400
