TULSA, OK -- Police are asking for tips in the shooting death of a Tulsa man. David Michael Jackson, 41, was found shot and killed Saturday near the soccer fields in the 3600 block of South 101st East Avenue.
Officers say Jackson was known to frequent the apartment complexes in the area of 3100 South Mingo Road.
A woman driving by saw the man's body lying in the road and stopped to check on him shortly after 5 a.m.
Shell casings and trash were found near the body, officers say.
