TULSA, OK -- Police arrested two people wanted in a Tulsa apartment shooting.
Whitney Allen and Christopher Charlton are in the Tulsa County jail on firearm and assault and battery charges.
Witnesses told police, Allen shot Christopher Rogers last Tuesday at the Dove Park Apartments, critically wounding him.
They told officers Charlton assaulted and pointed a gun at Larry Hamilton.
