DELAWARE COUNTY - A 22-year-old Tulsa man was killed when his motorcycle failed to negotiate a curve just outside Jay in Delaware County.
Kyle Alan Herren was driving at a high rate of speed on Summerfield Road at about 12:14 p.m. when his motorcycle left the road and struck an embankment, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.
He died at the scene after being ejected about 38 feet. He was wearing a helmet, the trooper's report states.
