OKLAHOMA CITY -- The Oklahoma Department of Public Safety is conducting what it is calling a “news briefing” over an October 3 incident involving Oklahoma Highway Patrol troopers Daniel Martin and Tommy Allen.
Both troopers were involved in a "use of force" incident in Holdenville.

Trooper Daniel Martin was suspended for a fight with a paramedic in May.
Following another incident involving Martin in early October, he was placed on paid administrative leave again being accused of using excessive force.
