OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - An arrest warrant has been issued for a Locust Grove man in the shooting deaths of 4 people whose bodies were found in a burning home in southwest Oklahoma City.
A judge has issued a warrant for the arrest of 28-year-old Allen Tyner on six murder complaints. The death toll is six because 2 of the victims were pregnant.
Police say all four were shot and that Oklahoma City fire department arson investigators determined the house fire was intentionally set. Police detective Ryan Porter says in a court affidavit that a witness said he was arguing with Tyner when the shooting occurred.
The victims include 22-year-old Brooke Phillips who had worked at the Moonlite BunnyRanch, a legal brothel near Carson City, Nev. The business was featured in the HBO reality series "Cathouse."
