TULSA, OK -- Two people are arrested after Tulsa Police find a meth lab in a room at a Tulsa motel overnight.
Police were attempting to serve a felony warrant at Tulsa Inn and Suites at 8201 E. Skelly Drive when they discovered a stolen car in the parking lot.
Police officers contacted a man in one of the rooms and discovered a shake and bake meth lab inside.
Nearby rooms were evacuated just to be safe.
"When you have meth labs in motels, allot of the fumes, can seep through the walls and other people are exposed, not just that room," said Tulsa Police officer Heather Weakley.
Police say 40-year old Steven Jackson and 45-year old Kimberly Green were booked into the Tulsa County jail on complaints of manufacture of a controlled and dangerous substance and possession of a stolen vehicle.
