A Tulsa police officer is going to trial on drug charges.
A judge decided there is enough evidence for Travis Ludwig to be tried on charges of Possession Of Drugs With Intent To Distribute.
Police say they found cocaine and a scale in a duffel bag Ludwig used to clean out his patrol car.
Officer Ludwig's attorney says it's not uncommon for criminals to hide contraband in cop cars and the scales were used to weigh confiscated drugs.
Ludwig remains suspended with pay.
