PAULS VALLEY, Okla. (AP) - Authorities say a 15-year-old boy died after falling off a pickup truck in Garvin County.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says Zane Barnes died Friday of a head injury at Pauls Valley General Hospital.
Troopers say the accident occurred on a private drive. Barnes was riding on the tailgate of a truck driven by Khini Billings about 8:30 p.m. when he fell off the tailgate and struck his head on the driveway.
Billings and another passenger, Dillon Rose, weren't hurt.
