TULSA COUNTY -- The Oklahoma Department of Transportation said more than two weeks ago, it was starting work on U.S. Highway 75 and 111th Street South.

Construction crews are working on the project, but the first step is not on the highway itself.
ODOT says they are moving topsoil for the access road that will provide a detour for 111th Street South.
