OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - An Oklahoma City police sergeant has been charged with three misdemeanor counts of domestic abuse.
Darren Wayne Martin, 38, of Oklahoma City, is accused in two counts of hurting his 16-year-old daughter on Nov. 5 and 7. He is accused in the third count of hurting his wife on Nov. 7.
He was charged Wednesday in Oklahoma County District Court. A police spokesman says he is on paid administrative leave.
A court affidavit says his daughter suffered a bloody nose and bruising during an argument Nov. 5 after she returned home 10 to 15 minutes late.
The affidavit says Martin became involved Nov. 7 in an argument between his daughter and wife. Martin could not be reached for comment.
