Police Arrest Man For Teen's Rape At Victory Worship Center

TULSA, Oklahoma -

Police arrested a 19-year-old man Wednesday for the rape of a 13-year-old girl.

Chris Denman, of Tulsa, was arrested on complaints of rape of a minor and oral sodomy of a minor.

Denman was booked into a Tulsa County jail and held on a $100,000 bond.

According to the arrest report, the girl told police she was raped in a stairwell near the band room at Victory Worship Center on South Lewis in Tulsa.

The report said the rape happened on August 13 and she reported it a couple of days later to someone, who notified her parents and police on August 30.

Police conducted a forensic interview with the girl the next day and arrested Denman Wednesday.
