TULSA, Oklahoma -

Tulsa Police arrived at the scene of a one-vehicle crash Wednesday night, but couldn't find the driver.

The crash happened at about 11 p.m.

When officers arrived they found a Ford Explorer upside down on an on-ramp to Highway 169 at 21st street.

Police believe the SUV was going too fast on the ramp and rolled over. Police don't know whether the driver suffered any injuries.
