TULSA, Oklahoma -

Police arrested a woman and her daughter after they allegedly assaulted another woman with a baseball bat Tuesday evening.

Tulsa Police say the victim told officers two women assaulted her with a baseball bat at the Plaza Arms Apartments in the 500 block of West 11th Street.

The victim identified the pair as Judith McWhirt, 44, and her daughter Kasy McWhirt, 18.

Witnesses told police there was a gathering at the McWhirts' apartment when the mother and daughter got upset with the victim for flirting with one of the male guests.

Tulsa Police located the McWhirts and arrested both. Judith McWhirt was booked into jail on a complaint of assault with a dangerous weapon and Kasy McWhirt was booked on an obstruction complaint.
