Fireworks Thought to Cause House Fire In NW OKC

Fireworks may be to blame for a house fire in northwest Oklahoma City Thursday evening.

Firefighters responded to the home near NW 122nd St. and May Ave. at about 6 p.m. They say it appears the fire started in the garage and moved into the attic.

Early estimates show about $150,000 in damage.

Fire crews say there may have been fireworks near where the blaze started.
