OKLAHOMA CITY -

Tuesday night's storms brought some much-needed rain to Oklahoma. However, the storms also caused power outages and damage in the Oklahoma City metro area.

A microburst uprooted several trees in a neighborhood in northwest Oklahoma City.

As of 10:20 p.m. OG&E reports 8,415 customers statewide are without power due to the storms. 

According to OG&E, over 8,346 customers are without power in the Oklahoma City Metro area.
