Five Earthquakes Jolt Oklahoma In Little More Than 24 Hours

People across Oklahoma are feeling a little rattled after several earthquakes shook the state in just more than 24 hours.

According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the latest one struck Tuesday night at 11:26. The 2.7 magnitude quake was centered four miles southwest of Cushing, and 49 miles northeast of Oklahoma City.

That earthquake comes after a series of tremors that began Monday night. They ranged in magnitude from 2.5 to 3.2. There were no reports of serious damage or injuries from any of the quakes.

According to the Oklahoma Geological Survey, about 30 earthquakes have rocked the state in the last seven days.
