Tulsa Police say what appeared to be a self-defense shooting in North Tulsa may have had a different motive.

The original story that a 29-year-old woman gave police, was that she shot a man in self-defense around 7:30 Monday night in the 1600 block of North Atlanta Court. After further investigation, police arrested her husband for the shooting.

Ismael Deligorio, 34, is accused of shooting with intent to kill. He's being held on a $75,000 bond.
