Sapulpa House Fire Victim Dies

SAPULPA, OK -- An elderly woman rescued by neighbors from a Sapulpa house fire in late January has died.

Sapulpa Fire say Clara Pickens suffered from smoke inhalation in connection with the January 25 fire.

Her home was located on West Line Avenue.

Family members told the fire department, Pickens died Monday.

She had been in a Tulsa hospital since the fire.
