Tulsa Stabbing Suspect Arrested

TULSA, OK -- An overnight Tulsa stabbing lands a victim in the hospital and one man in the Tulsa County jail.

Tulsa Police say officers responded to a stabbing in the 100 block of West 50th Place North shortly after 12:30 a.m. Monday.

The 22-year-old victim told police officers that she and her boyfriend had been arguing and during that argument, the boyfriend, 37-year-old Cornelius Jones, pulled out a knife and stabbed her multiple times.

The victim was taken by EMSA to a Tulsa hospital where she is listed in stable condition.

Jones was booked into the Tulsa County jail on a complaint of assault with a deadly weapon.
