Tulsa Church Damaged In Overnight Accident

TULSA, OK -- A hit-and-run accident damages to a Tulsa church overnight.

Tulsa Police say the driver of a pickup truck was westbound on Admiral when he suddenly sideswiped an eastbound car in the 3400 block of East Admiral and then hit the Crosstown Church of Christ.

The accident happened late Monday. 

A couple in the car wasn't hurt. But the driver of the pickup truck ran off.

A church elder says the truck broke through a brick wall into a storage area in a stairwell.

Tulsa Police did find some hydrocodone in the pickup truck, but they don't know if that played a factor in the wreck.
