Husband Found, Wife Files For Divorce

BARTLESVILLE, OK -- The wife of a Bartlesville man who was missing for nearly seven years has filed for divorce.

Court records show Peggy Rockey filed for divorce from her husband, David, giving the reason as extreme mental cruelty.

David Rockey disappeared without a trace in 2002 and surfaced just last week, in South Dakota.

Court records show Peggy Rockey has also filed a restraining order.  She wants to keep her husband from accessing investment accounts, life insurance policies or seizing their Washington County home.
