Dr Pepper Recipe Goes Unsold

DALLAS -- No one was willing to pay $25,000 for what's believed to be an original recipe for Dr Pepper.

Bill Waters of Tulsa said he found the Dr Pepper Pepsin Bitters recipe in an old pharmacy's book of formulas. He paid $200 for the book at a Texas antique store.

The book hit the auction block Wednesday afternoon, but no one would offer up the minimum bid of $25,000.
