SPRINGFIELD, MO -- A federal grand jury in Springfield, Missouri has indicted a Tulsa man for allegedly attempting to solicit sex from a sheriff's detective posing online as an underage girl.
Robert Graef, 29, was indicted Thursday on twin charges of enticement of a female and enticement of a minor female.
Graef was arrested April 17 after he arrived at a southwest Missouri cemetery near Joplin, where he allegedly had arranged to meet a 13-year-old girl he thought he had met in an Internet chat room.
