TULSA, OK -- At Floral Haven cemetery in Broken Arrow, Boy Scouts and members of the Indian Nation Council retired the flags raised for the 37th Annual Avenue of Flags.
The more than 2,700 flags flew all weekend in honor of fallen servicemen and women.
