OKLAHOMA CITY - More charges have been filed in a case involving a shooting that took place at a metro pharmacy last week, according to Oklahoma County District Attorney David Prater's office.

During the attempted robbery, pharmacist Jerome Ersland shot at two would-be robbers.

Felony murder charges are being filed against three people associated with a would-be robber who was killed by an Oklahoma City pharmacist, including Emanuel Dewane Mitchell and Anthony Devale Morrison.

District Attorney David Parter says he will seek the felony charges against a 14-year-old accused of wielding the gun in the robbery, a man accused of being the getaway driver and another man accused of helping talk the teens into the crime.

The 14-year-old told police the gun he was given was not loaded. One of the men was an ex boyfriend of the teen's mom from years ago.

The pharmacist, Jerome Ersland, faces a first-degree murder charge. He is accused of killing 16-year-old Antwun Parker after the boy had already been knocked unconscious with a head wound.
