Area GM Dealerships Staying Open

TULSA, OK -- Another area GM dealership has confirmed to The News On 6 it is still in business.

South Pointe Chevrolet says it received the letter from the company saying that it would remain a part of the dealership network.

About 1,100 dealerships across the country were notified they would be closing as part of the bankruptcy plan.

Representatives from the nine other dealerships in the Tulsa area said Tuesday that they are still in business.
