TULSA, OK -- Budget cuts will mean new start times when Tulsa school children head back to class.  The Tulsa Board of Education voted on Monday night to approve changes to start and end times.  The decision is expected to save the district an estimated $406,000.

"As a school administrator, I am focused on the delicate balance between quality classroom instruction and the myriad other student services we provide," said Dr. Keith Ballard.  "We worked hard to identify cuts that would minimally impact the quality of instruction, classroom supplies, child nutrition and transportation."
