TULSA, OK -- A Tulsa man is convicted of killing his girlfriend's child in November 2008.
Police say Joseph Henry admitted that he shook and threw the 7-month-old girl in the air because she wouldn't stop crying.

The jury found Henry guilty of second degree manslaughter and recommended two and a half years in prison.
That shocked the prosecutor who told The News On 6, with the evidence against Henry, he expected a lot more time behind bars.
