TULSA, OK -- Officers with the Tulsa Police Department have made an arrest in connection with the fatal shooting of 17-year-old Johnathan Starks.

Police say Starks was shot and killed at his home at about 11:20 Friday night in the 300 block of West 46th Place North.

Police located 19-year-old Quandrae Harding Saturday afternoon and booked him into the Tulsa County Jail. He was arrested on a complaint of First Degree Murder.

The arrest report indicates Starks had been involved in a disturbance with neighbors earlier that evening. Soon after, two vehicles pulled up near Starks' home.

A man, identified as Quandrae Harding, approached the gate leading to the front yard of the home and fired several shots at Starks, then fled the scene, according to the arrest report.

Multiple witnesses identified Harding as the person who fired shots at Johnathan Starks, according to the arrest report.

Police were looking for 19-year-old Roderick Stephenson as a person of interest. Officers say he was located and released and is no longer a person of interest in the case.

The search is still on for Johnathan Starks' father.

On Saturday morning, police were called to another shooting in the 300 block of West 46th Place North.

Captain Karen Tipler of the Tulsa Police Department says officers believe Johnathan Starks' father shot at four people as they were getting out of their car.

One woman was hit in the back with pellets from a shotgun blast. Another person was hit in the arm.

The victims were taken to a Tulsa hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Police say Johnathan Starks' father was seen leaving the scene in a red Ford Expedition.
