Thursday Is Tulsa City Hall's First Furlough Day

TULSA, OK -- The struggling economy is prompting changes in the schedule for the City of Tulsa this week.

Employees take their first furlough day on Thursday, July 2^nd.  That means all city offices will be closed and the council will not meet.

Also, anyone who reserved a picnic shelter at a city park has to pick up the keys before July 2nd.
