TULSA, OK -- A pair of shootings overnight in Tulsa keep police officers busy.

Police first investigated the shooting of a man in the 1100 block of East 61st Street.

Officers responded to a call about shots being fired at the St. Thomas Square Apartments just before 11 p.m. Thursday.

They did not find a shooting scene when they arrived at the scene, but a short time later police officers stopped a pickup truck for speeding at 51st and Memorial.

In the pickup truck, officers found a passenger who had been shot in the face.

That man was taken to a Tulsa hospital. There is no word on his condition.

About a half hour later, Tulsa Police officers responded to shots fired at Cheyenne Park in the 1600 block of North Main.

Officers found an SUV that had been hit several times and shell casings in the street.

No one in the SUV was hurt.

Tulsa Police say no one has been arrested in either shooting and did not know if the two shootings were related.
