TULSA, OK -- The body of an Oklahoma soldier who died in Iraq returned home Monday.

The News On 6 was at Tulsa International Airport Monday afternoon when an honor guard welcomed home Specialist Matthew Hastings of Claremore. 

Hastings was killed in a non-combat incident.

Family members have said they believe it was suicide.

His family gave The News On 6 permission to be at the airport when his body was brought home.

Hastings was a 2005 graduate of the Broken Arrow Alternative School.

Hastings' funeral is set for Wednesday afternoon in Broken Arrow.
