UNDATED -- An Osage County company is under fire by the EPA for polluting a creek.  The Environmental Protection Agency says the Robinowitz Oil Company is discharging pollutants into Little Hominy Creek.

It says tests show brine discharges and salts in the water, which violate the Clean Water Act.

The EPA has given the company 30 days to clean up the contaminants.
