TULSA, OK -- A fight between neighbors ends with one man dead and the other arrested on a complaint of murder.

Police officers with the Tulsa Police Department say a man was shot and killed late Saturday night at the Plaza Hills East Apartments in the 1600 block of South 130th East Avenue.

Witnesses told police, two neighbors were fighting when one of them grabbed a shotgun and shot the other in the chest.

Officers arrested 36-year-old Dennis Rodriguez on a complaint of first degree murder and possession of a sawed-off shotgun.

The name of the victim has not yet been released.
