TULSA, OK -- While the county continues to survey residents about what to do with Drillers Stadium, the team is planning a sale of everything that isn't nailed down.

It's not every day a professional sports team has a garage sale at Expo Square.

Drillers Stadium was built in 1981. That's lots of baseball memories and there's lots of stuff for sale.

"I used to sell these for 60 bucks, I don't want them, take them," said Tom Jones, Tulsa Drillers.

It's $15 for the old batting practice jerseys. Want a little hornsby? It'll cost $5.

"I think the biggest thing that people will be surprised we're selling is the signs around the stadium," said Jones. "I think the picnic signs are really cool."

All three are for sale, but you have to take them down and haul them off. The picnic tables are all up for grabs, too. Everything that's for sale will have a tag. Pull the tag, pay for it and take it home.

"If you want a men's and women's restroom sign, you can have it," said Jones.

What's not for sale is anything that might be considered part of the structure, like the seats.

Rick Wells had an eye on one of the trophies, but they are not for sale.

The Drillers' garage sale is Saturday from 8 a.m. until 2 p.m. at Drillers Stadium out at Expo Square.

Bring your tools, transportation and maybe some extra muscle so you can haul off what you buy.
