Thai  Chicken Dumpling Ingredients:

12 ounces Goyza skins

1 lb diced chicken meat (breasts)

1 tbsp chopped garlic

1 tbsp ginger

2 ounces soy sauce

2 ounces teriyaki sauce

1 ounce chopped scallions

1 tbsp coriander

1 tbsp crushed red pepper

Napa Cabbage Slaw Ingredients:

1 head Napa Cabbage-Sliced

1 red bell pepper-julienne

1 yellow bell pepper-julienne

6 skitake mushrooms-julienne

4 ounces sesame vinaigrette

Soy Ginger Sauce Ingredients:

6 ounces soy sauce

6 ounces fresh ginger

6 ounces teriyaki sauce

6 ounces oyster sauce

6 ounces hoisin sauce

1/2 gallon water

4 ounces corn starch

1 bunch green onions

Sesame Vinaigrette Ingredients:

4 ounces toasted sesame seeds

3 ounces rice wine vinegar

3 ounces sesame oil

3 ounces olive oil

salt and pepper to taste
