BARTLESVILLE, OK -- Friends and family remembered a Bartlesville teenager during his funeral Monday morning. The teen was accidentally shot and killed last Thursday.

Police say 17-year-old Tyler Teague and several of his friends were in the garage of a home looking at shotguns, when one of the guns discharged.

Tyler was hit in the chest and died instantly, police say.

He was a junior at Bartlesville High School and a member of the baseball team.

A moment of silence was held in Tyler's honor at the school's homecoming game Friday night.

Tyler Teague's funeral was Monday at The First Baptist Church in Bartlesville.
