1 package regular cut bacon (not thick or thin cut) 1 can artichoke hearts in water cut in quarters
Cut the package of bacon in half with a pair of kitchen shears (cut lengthwise so that each slice of bacon is cut in half). Wrap each artichoke heart quarter in half of a slice of bacon. Place wraps on a George Forman grill (or a skillet) and cook for about 5 mins on a side until bacon is browned all over.
These go quickly so you might want to make a double-batch.
