Catoosa Woman Killed In Motorcycle Crash

UNDATED -- A Catoosa woman was killed Wednesday in a LeFlore County motorcycle crash, according to a report by the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.

Debra A. Childress, 39, died from injuries sustained when her 2007 Harley Davidson motorycle struck a tree. Childress was driving east bound on State Highway 1, about a mile east of U.S. Highway 259 in LeFlore County at about 12:19 p.m.

The trooper's report states that Childress' motorcycle left the roadway, overturned and struck a tree. She died of her injuries at St. Edwards Hospital in Ft. Smith.
