Woman And Baby Escape Oklahoma City House Fire

OKLAHOMA CITY -- A woman and her baby escaped harm when a fire destroyed their southwest Oklahoma City home just before midnight Saturday night.

The smoke alarm alerted the woman who was able to get herself and her child out without injury.

Firefighters said part of the home collapsed and the roof caved in.

The cause of the fire is under investigation. Mustang Fire Department aided OKC firefighters in extinguishing the blaze.
