UNDATED -- Larry Wayne Baker, 53, former engineering manager for Tulsa's public works department was sentenced Wednesday to 44 months in federal prison. Baker was also ordered to make restitution to the city in the amount of $134,000, according to a release from the U.S. Department of Justice.
Baker was pleaded guilty to a charge of bribery involving a Tulsa public works project. He is the fourth defendant to be sentenced to federal prison in this case. There are two remaining defendants yet to be sentenced.

Baker, Tulsa City employee Albert Martinez and four businessmen were charged by a Grand Jury in bribery and fraud schemes involving mills ions of dollars intended for city streets, bridges and other public works projects.
